  Information have reached SAKIA360 SERVICES that an unidentified man was found dead, hanging from a tree in a bush near Domawa, a suburb of the Wa West District. The distressing discovery was made on July 25, 2023, by a Fulani man who had sent his cattle to graze in the area. Authorities, including the Assembly member and Unit Committee members of Domawa, have been unsuccessful in identifying the deceased man, indicating that he may not be from the local community. In an effort to seek assistance, Ibrahim Badingu, a member of the community, took to social media, posting on Facebook to call on the general public for help in identifying the victim of this apparent suicide. The news of this tragic event has left many in shock and disbelief, as they wonder what circumstances could have led a person to take their own life in such a manner. The much anticipated Tertiary awards dubbed  *PRESTIGIOUS GHANA TERTIARY AWARDS* Came of on 24th June 2023. The show registered some wow moments. Queen Safoa winner of GMB 2021 graced the event with her irreplaceable presence as the guest of honor. Alongside was VASCO the blogger who also was special. QUEEN SARFOA appeared on the red carpet in the most glamour style with hopes high for all nominees and a good show outcome.  QUEEN SARFOA was also honored by the PGTA board led by the CEO  *Golomeh Evans Mumuni Bawumiah* with a citation of honor for her impact on the youths. The surprise and exciting look on her face was super. She didn't leave without a short but powerful speech. Some of her words were,  "I am impressed seeing the youth full of creativity and energy. TEACHER IN POLICE CUSTODY OVER DEATH OF BECE CANDIDATE

A national service teacher Robert Adzrakor originally posted to Wawase R/C Basic School but teaching at Nkurakan M/A Basic School in Yilo Krobo Municipality of Eastern region has been arrested by Nkurakan Police over death of a Basic Education Certificate Examination ( BECE) candidate. The final year Junior High School pupil preparing to write this year’s BECE starting August 7, drowned at Huhunya on Saturday July 22,2023 after he and others were taken to farm by the said National Service teacher. The teacher took the victim -Teye Joseph and three other students namely Tamatey Bernard, Agyapong Richmond and Odonkor Dominic ,all 17 years old final year JHS students from same school to his backyard garden farm at Hununya to work for him. After close of work ,the students went to river ponpon a major river which takes source from Boti waterfall, to wash themselves. The mandatory one-year National Service Scheme established under article 426 of the 1992 constitution requires every Ghanaian graduate from an accredited tertiary institution to serve the nation for a period of one year. To this effect, it has generated mixed feelings among the lots as some find it a true commitment to one's nation whilst other compatriots want answers to some thought provoking questions like, adequacy of monthly stipends, place of service and their prospects thereafter. In the era of COVID-19 pandemic and  its holdover especially 2022/2023 year, many service personnels could not survive the meagre GHC559.00 monthly allowance and this has led to a call for upwards review of the allowance to meet the current economic conditions. Scholars of Binduri SHS in the Upper East Region has resumed full academic business after wanton demonstration that has led to its closure for a week ago. The academic mogul was shut down following some irate students in the first and second year abandoned classes to register their displeasure against the manner in which the school's caterer denied them their one hot meal for more than a month hence, their bid to boycott such a gross injustice in the 21st century. The caterer, Mrs Mary Nyaaba upon several attempts failed to cook for the scholars as a result of the government inability to pay arrears owed her, this made it cumbersome for the well determined caterer to provide hot meals for the hungry stomachs leading to the closure of the school until her concerns were heeded to.
